Equality in the workplace
At Kellanova we aim to pay and treat men and women equally. Based on a global analysis we did in 2021, we know we have achieved pay equity as we pay women 99.3% of the salary of their male counterparts for comparable roles. At the end of 2022, we proudly achieved a 50:50 gender balance for management roles three years ahead of schedule.
