The truth about our food

Find out about saturated fat and our cereals

Dietary fat is something we all need to be aware of. We know that excess consumption of fat and particularly saturated fat is linked to obesity and heart disease but you shouldn’t cut it out all together – we do need some fat to help us stay healthy.

We keep saturated fat levels in all our cereals as low as possible and some of our products like Kellogg’s Rice Krispies actually contain no saturated fat at all. An amazing 70% of Kellogg’s cereals are classed as low in saturated fats and our range of snacks start at only 2% of your guideline daily allowance.

To help you see exactly how much saturated fat is in each serving, we’ve clearly labelled the front of each pack. This will tell you what your daily saturated fat intake should be.
